FOTA Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. This competition is organized by Kantar Media Audiences Limited.
1.2. By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
2.2. Employees of Kantar Media Audiences Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3. The competition is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Participants must answer the specified question correctly to qualify for the prize draw.
3.2. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
3.3. Entries must be submitted by the stated closing date. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize is a £200 Amazon voucher, or a gift voucher of similar value, at Kantar Media Audiences Limited’s discretion.
4.2. Depending on the number of participants, Kantar Media Audiences Limited reserves the right to increase the number of prizes. The total number of winners will be announced after the competition closes.
4.3. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries.
5.2. The selection process will be supervised to ensure fairness.
5.3. Winners will be notified via email within 1 day of the competition closing date.

6. Claiming the Prize

6.1. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
6.2. If a winner does not claim the prize within the specified period, Kantar Media Audiences Limited reserves the right to select an alternate winner or forfeit the prize.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1. Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with Kantar Media Audiences Limited’s privacy policy.

8. General

8.1. Kantar Media Audiences Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.2. Decisions made by John McCarthy regarding all competition matters are final and binding.
8.3. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
