Quality Policy – Kantar Media UK & Ireland
Kantar Media serves the content and advertising ecosystems, delivering the insights needed to reach, engage, target and monetise audiences. Our audience measurement, targeting, analytics and advertising intelligence services provide the accuracy and reliability businesses need to make informed decisions and drive growth.
For us to be successful in our mission, we need a number of supporting elements in place and require that:

- We have robust, consistent and efficient processes and continually improve our performance.
To support this, in the UK & Ireland we maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that provides a framework for ensuring that we:
- Satisfy the requirements of our clients and other interested parties.
- Set and review objectives, and monitor our performance regularly in order to continually improve as an organisation.
- Comply with all relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
- MRS and ESOMAR professional codes of conduct
- UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR
- Comply with international standards within the scope of our certification.
- ISO 20252:2019 – international standard for market research quality
- ISO 9001:2015 – international standard for quality management systems
- Adequately inform and support all staff on quality matters.
- Creation and maintenance of appropriate documentation
- Provision of learning and development resources
Management are committed to providing adequate resources for the continuing development, promotion and maintenance of the QMS, and will review the QMS, quality outcomes and this policy annually.
